Mr. Allain Terraillon, representative of European Investment Bank (EIB) in Turkey, will address the audience on behalf of the EIB during the Official Opening of the Southeast Europe Business Forum (SEEBF). The event will take place in Istanbul Congress Center on 22-23 November 2012.

Among the official guests in the opening ceremony are also H.E. Nickolay Mladenov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Jean-Marc Peterschmitt, Managing Director, Central and South Eastern Europe, EBRD, Mr. Andrey Kondakov, President of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank.

 The purpose of SEEBF is to encourage the business networking among the companies in SEE. The event is a joint initiative of key institutions from the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Turkey.

 The following main topics will be discussed during the event:

• Transport Infrastructure
• Agro-Logistics
• IT & Telecommunications
• Enabling Green and Inclusive Markets in the Black Sea Region

It is espected that more than 300 CEOs, Managers and Officials from all SEE countries will attend SEEBF. Among the participating international institutions areEuropean Commission,EBRD, European Investment Bank, IFC, UNDP
