Mr. Jean-Marc Peterschmitt, Director of Central and Southeastern Europe of European Bank for Reconstruction and  Development (EBRD) will take part in the Official Opening of Southeast Europe Business Forum (SEEBF). The purpose of the forum is to encourage the business networking among the companies in SEE. SEEBF will take place in Istanbul Congress Center on 22-23 November.

Mr.Peterschmitt will be a part of the official EBRD delegation leading by Ms Stefka Slavova, Alterrnate director for Poland, Bulgaria and Albania, EBRD Board of Directors. Ms Slavova will take part as a speaker in the discussions on "Doing business in Southeast Europe. The investor's insight". The leading investors as well as the directors of the Invest Promotion Agencies from the region are invited to take part in this session. Among the highest officials in EBRD delegation is also Mr. Michael Davey, EBRD Director for Turkey. Mr. Davey is among the key-note speakers in session “Regional Transport Projects. Improving the Business Climate by Investing in Modern Transport. Role of the Governments and Оpportunities for PPPs”. Other speakers in transport session are:Ms Liliyana Pavlova, Minister of Regional Development and Public Works of Bulgaria; Mr.Ivaylo Moskovski, Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications of  Bulgaria; Mr. Martin Spicer, Manager, Infrastructure and Natural Resources, Southern Europe, IFC;

Mr. Orhan Aytemiz, Director General Industries, Black Sea Trade and Development Bank; Мr. Dragan Kostic, Deputy Chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia;

Mr. Lazar Lazarov, Chairman of the Management Board, Road Infrastructure Agency, Bulgaria

 EBRD invests in 29 countries from Central Europe to Central Asia. Working together with the private sector, the EBRD invests in projects, engages in policy dialogue and provides technical advice that builds open and democratic market economies.
